I am an archaeologist specializing in the Andean region of South America and my primary research interests lie in early complex societies of the Peruvian littoral. My fieldwork at Huacas de Moche, Huancaco, Huaca del Pueblo and Huaca Santa Clara focused on issues related to Prehispanic socio-political organization, settlement patterns, ritual practice, ancient technologies — especially ancient and contemporary textile production — and on the integration of GIS in archaeology. |
