Jeremy Trombley

My research investigates the intersection of science and governance in addressing environmental challenges. In particular, I am interested in the way that people draw on scientific practices to understand and manage water and watersheds. I have conducted research on the role of computer modeling in Chesapeake Bay watershed management and on the ways that watershed communities in the Pacific Northwest are responding to the risk of glacier recession.
